Everything You Need to Know About AAC Blocks, Technical Specs, Ordering & Site Delivery.
Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) is a lightweight, precast building material invented in Sweden. AAC blocks are manufactured using industrial fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum, water, and an aluminum expansion foaming agent. The mixture is steam cured under high pressure in autoclaves at 190°C.
Our integrated AAC manufacturing facility is located in Dadaraghati, Parjang, Dhenkanal, Odisha. We have an installed production capacity of 104 CBM / Day, ensuring dependable supply for large-scale projects across Odisha.
All our AAC blocks have a standard face size of 600 mm × 200 mm (Length × Height). We supply multiple thickness options: 4 Inch (100mm), 6 Inch (150mm), 8 Inch (200mm), and 10 Inch (250mm).
No! AAC blocks installed using 2-3mm thin-bed joint adhesive do NOT require water curing. This saves millions of liters of water, labor deployment costs, and accelerates project timelines.
Because AAC blocks have precision wire-cut smooth surfaces, only 2mm to 3mm of polymer thin-bed adhesive is needed. Typically, 1 bag (40 kg) of block adhesive is sufficient for laying ~1.2 CBM to 1.5 CBM of AAC blocks.
